Creating a Content ROI Attribution Formula
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THIS WEBINAR IS NOW CLOSED. If you would still like to register, contact Deborah Krat (deborah.krat@stc.org). Return on investment (ROI) is a mathematical equation. Determining the value of investments in content can be a tricky proposition. If you can't place a value on your content, you can't do the math. Determining ROI not only requires we understand the value of our content-and what it costs to create, manage, and deliver-but it also requires consistency. To make the calculation meaningful, you'll need to ensure you're comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges. In this webinar we will examine the need for normalizing measurements, making sense of key performance indicators, and communicating the value of digital content production improvements in ways that are meaningful to management.
