The online environment provides organizations with important global opportunities related to developing and delivering instructional materials. Addressing international learning needs and expectations, however, is complex. Technical communicators can benefit from strategies for understanding how cultural and technical factors affecting online training in global cyberspace. This webinar presents strategies for addressing such factors. By using ideas from cognitive science, cultural anthropology, and systems studies, the presenter will review methods for addressing challenges in these new training environments.
