Blind Spots-We ALL Have Them: Implicit and Unconscious Bias
Our brain takes in 11 million bits of information per second, but is only able to fully process 40 bits. The information we filter affects how and why we make the decisions we do. Learn more about the impact of implicit and unconscious bias has on our decision-making and how we can actively shift our behavior, attitudes and actions to ensure we are engaging from a place of greater awareness.
