Return on investment (ROI) is a mathematical equation. Determining the value of investments in content can be a tricky proposition. If you can't place a value on your content, you can't do the math. Determining ROI not only requires we understand the value of our content-and what it costs to create, manage, and deliver-but it also requires consistency. To make the calculation meaningful, you'll need to ensure you're comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges.
