Full Summit registration includes general sessions, all education sessions Monday through Wednesday, all receptions and refreshment breaks, and entrance to the Exhibit Hall. The preconference sessions have an additional registration fee. Unless otherwise noted all preconference sessions are on Sunday. CANCELLATION-REFUND-TRANSFER POLICY - All cancellation and refund request must be submitted via email. Cancellation requests received on or before 7 April 2017 will be refunded, minus a $150 administrative fee. Cancellation requests made after 7 April 2017 will not be refunded. Registrations are transferable to another person, with a $50 fee. Requests to transfer must be made via email by 24 April 2017. No-shows will not be issued a refund. No phone calls for cancellations and transfers, please. Rates are subject to change without notification.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING NOTICE - By entering the event premises, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recordings, video recordings and their release, publication, or reproduction to be used for news, Web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by STC and its affiliates and representatives . You release STC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. In addition, you waive all rights you may have to claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, Web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, Web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by STC and its affiliates and representatives.
